How can I activate a disabled Outlook add-in?
If, for some reasons, Microsoft Outlook disabled the Bells & Whistles add-in, you can always enable it back.
If you are using Bells & Whistles for Outlook, you can run the internal Outlook Add-in Utility for enabling or disabling installed Outlook Add-ins.
To enable it, go to the Outlook Help menu, then click on the option "About Microsoft Office Outlook":
The Microsoft Outlook About window will open: from the bottom section, click on the "Disabled Items..." button, then select Bells & Whistles from that list and click on the "Enable" button. You will have to restart Outlook in order to apply the changes.
