5.1. I purchased Email Address Collector™ but I haven't received the registration details, yet. What now?
5.1. The registration system is fully automated. Based on the receipt of your payment, the ecommerce system will generate and email you the registration details to the address you have provided through the payment form. Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive the registration numbers, from the moment when you made the license online payment.

5.2. I received the registration details by email, but I get an error message when I try to register Email Address Collector™. Why?
5.2. Please make sure that you have correctly took the username and password from our email (the best way is to copy the registration numbers from our email and to paste them into the registration form).

5.3. Do I have to be online during the registration process?
