How to export addresses from Outlook emails to Outlook Contacts
Although Outlook is delivered with so many bells & whistles, it lacks mass productivity features designed for people that need to handle a large number of emails and contacts.
For example, if you have a web contact form on your site and you receive the submitted information (name, company, email address, etc) as Outlook email messages, how can you later export addresses from Outlook and automatically build a list or a Contacts group with all the email addresses of the people who submitted the form?
Without the help of Email Address Collector, you can't really do it, unless you are willing to manually browse all the form contact emails and then to copy & paste the email addresses from the Outlook emails content to a separate list editor.
To give you a more general example, what if you need to send an email to every person that sent you an email this year? How exactly can you export addresses from Outlook?
Using Email Address Collector, you can perform this task in minutes!
You just need to start the program, select the right Outlook profile, then the program will display a list of your Outlook folders on the left sided panel. If you need only to export addresses from the body content of your Outlook emails, you must setup a new filter and restrict it so it extracts addresses only from the emails content and not from the email header fields. Then, if the desired Outlook emails to extract from are stored in the same folder with other Outlook emails, you can further modify the filter so it shall extract addresses only from those Outlook emails that match certain Subject words, senders or dates.

Once you are done playing with the filtering options, you need to mark the Outlook folder from which you plan to export addresses and then to right click on it and select the extraction method.
When the email extraction is completed, Email Address Collector will display the extracted Outlook addresses in the middle panel. You are now about to export the addresses to Outlook Contacts.
To export to a new Outlook Contacts distribution list or to a new Address Book group, simply sort and select the addresses from the middle panel, select the destination on the right sided panel, then right click over the selected addresses and choose to add them to contacts.
This way, you can use our email extractor to export addresses from Outlook emails to Outlook Contacts.
