I get a message when Outlook starts that asks if I would like a free upgrade to 1.66, then when I click on Yes, I get this:

Failed to start update setup
Error Code 5
Access is Denied

It seems that your update server is not in synch with your software. In the past I had to manually execute updates, but I like being reminded that there is a new version and doing this in situ.

Is this a known bug or will you just be disabling the update server to eliminate this message and go back to the old way?

Hi Michael,

This is the first time we heard of this problem. When you press "Yes" button the program connects to our server and a download begins. There shouldn't be any reason the program could not connect to the server except if there is a restriction from your system.

This problem can be generated from a firewall or a similar monitoring program. Please check you firewall settings so that it doesn't block the upgrading process.
