Hi

Can you help me with the following questions?

1. Once purchased, how many machines can this be installed?
2. If it's 1 license per machine, would it be possible in the future to transfer from 1 machine to another,, ie... uninstall it on 1 machine, then use the same registration code to install another?

Thanks.

Hi Mart,

Each single-user license can be activated twice, so you can practically install a license on two computers. Except the 2 activations, you can not transfer a license from one computer to another.

Bogdan

Thanks for the reply.... :)

One more question:

If the 'BCC' receipient has an 'out of office' reply set up,, will the person sending the email receive a reply?

Thanks.

Yes, probably the sender will receive the "out of office" auto-reply... However, depending on your "out of office" software, you should be able to setup a rule so certain email addresses are excluded/ignored from the "out of office" auto reply rule.

Bogdan

lastly, just 2 more questions.....

1. I have installed it on a person using ms outlook which worked fine,, however I tried testing it on someone else using outlook express but it's not 'bcc' ? is it compatible on outlook express?

2. some peps is using outlook express at moment who I'm tring to install the software on,, however when I do get them to use ms outlook,, do I need to re-install the software to work or will it work automatically??

I can confirm that I have acquired 5 licenses.

Thanks.

Silent Mail does not work with Outlook Express. It works only with Microsoft Office Outlook (2000 or higher).

Outlook Express doesn't support addins, so it can't work with it.

You need to install SilentMail AFTER MS Outlook was installed. If you install SilentMail and after it you install Outlook, it will not work.

Bogdan

thanks Bogdan

have now brought a few copies of this software & have installed it on a PC successfully on MS Outlook 2000......however
When trying to create an email a dialog message keeps coming up stating that an email is being sent that may be a virus do you wish to delay this message..1 min, 2 mins,, etc...

Is there a way to disable this message ??

thanks.

Do you have an email anti-virus installed, such as Norton AV? Some anti-virus programs monitor outgoing emails and prompt the user about emails that are auto-generated by programs (such as SilentMail). If you have such an anti-virus, please check its settings and configure it so it does not alert when automatic emails are sent out. SilentMail needs to be allowed to make an email copy and automatically send it at the email address that you chosen for receiving the email copies.

Bogdan
