Hi

I used Weight Diet for Outlook and I manage to move all the attachments to Z Drive.

Currently my PST files are residing on F Drive and all the attachments are residing on Z Drive.

Can I move my PST files to G Drive while still retaining the hyperlink to Z Drive ? Or do I have to upload all the attachments back to F Drive and move the PST files to G Drive and thereafter run the Weight Diet for Outlook ?

Question 2: Alternatively, is there an easy way to migrate all the attachments to Y Drive from Z Drive or I have to upload the attachments back to F Drive and thereafter run Weight Diet for Outlook to move the attachments to Y Drive ?

Thanks
Gabriel

Hello,

Thank you for supporting our products.
Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, you can move your PST file to another location. The link to the attachments is still the same so it doesn't matter from where you run them (from what partition you access them), their address remains as before.

2. Unfortunately, the only way you can now migrate attachments is by either
a) uploading your attachments back to F and them run Weight Diet again to move them to Y
b) renaming your Z Drive to Y and creating an identical folder structure, then copy/pasting the attachments there (this is because that their address, as stated in the above section, remains the same).

This was a very interesting inquiry, please contact me again if you have any more questions or suggestions regarding our products. It's always nice to talk to customers such as yourself.
