Hello,

After working with the demo software for several weeks without success, we decided to purchase and hope we could get full-fleged support to help get it functioning properly. So after installing and activating, it is still not working... can't even get it to auto reply, much less include original email text. is there some way you could remote in with WebEx or something like to look at this system and determine what the issue is, and if it can be resolved? Emails are being sent via a webform to an Exchange account --Win XP, Outlook 2003, latest version of ARM add-in. Please help!

Hi Robinson,

Here are the settings you need to do in order to make a basic rule functional.
1. Accounts and Folders Filter -> If the message is received Through one of the checked accounts(enabled)
->If the message is received in one of the following folders(select folder in which the emails are beeing moved and enable the option)
-> Process all messages added to the selected folders(enabled)
2. Sender Filter -> For all incoming messages of the same sender (enabled)
-> Process messages received from my own Outlook email accounts(Enabled)
-> If the message is received from one of the specified email address(enabled and then type the email addres)
-> If the message is received from one of my contacts (disabled)
3. Date and Keywords filter -> Leave all of the options disabled
4. Rule Action -> Reply to address from original message body(enabled )
->Set account from which emails will be sent(enabled)
->Set message importance(High-Enabled)

Also do not forget to enable the rule
