Hi Robinson,
Here are the settings you need to do in order to make a basic rule functional.
1. Accounts and Folders Filter -> If the message is received Through one of the checked accounts(enabled)
->If the message is received in one of the following folders(select folder in which the emails are beeing moved and enable the option)
-> Process all messages added to the selected folders(enabled)
2. Sender Filter -> For all incoming messages of the same sender (enabled)
-> Process messages received from my own Outlook email accounts(Enabled)
-> If the message is received from one of the specified email address(enabled and then type the email addres)
-> If the message is received from one of my contacts (disabled)
3. Date and Keywords filter -> Leave all of the options disabled
4. Rule Action -> Reply to address from original message body(enabled )
->Set account from which emails will be sent(enabled)
->Set message importance(High-Enabled)
Also do not forget to enable the rule
