Powerful Outlook Add-ins

Dear Sir or madam,

I've installed a purchased and activated copy of Bells and Whistles in Outlook 2003 but get the above error code when writing a new message. The "options" tab is available in Outlook and templates can be produced/saved.

Please advise:
1. do you start/use Outlook by its own or do you access it via an add-on like Nelson Email Organizer (NEO)?
2. what other Outlook add-ins do you have installed for Outlook?
3. do you use the Outlook internal email editor or do you use MS Word to compose emails?

Hi Bogdan,

I have Group@Work add-in installed (which allows group access to calendar, contacts, etc) and Adobe PDF. These can't be affecting because Bells and Whistles was installed first. I do use Word to write e-mails.

I've just turned Word off as an option for writing mails and the toolbar works fine. Thanks for the tip !
