I work in a corporate environment and my Outlook feeds off an MS Exchange server. I set up a rule with some keywords so when ever an email hits my Inbox and the keywords are in the subject or body, it should send an auto-response.
However when setting up the rule and given the option to select an account to send from, nothing is there. Thinking maybe the selection of an account was only necessary if another account would be used to reply with, I went ahead and tested the rule by sending myself an email from another account and nothing happened.
Do I need to select an account for this to work and if so why wouldn't my exchange account show up?
