Is it possible to assign a shortcut key to the Notes button on the B&W Toolbar?

Hi Greg

We are thinking about introducing this option in the next version of Bells & Whistles. Thank you for your suggestion.

Dan:

Four weeks ago I was asking about a shortcut key for B&W Notes. Tonight, by accident, I pressed Ctrl+Alt+N and up popped B&W Notes. I wasn't even in Outlook.

I'm just wondering if this is because I've set something on my machine or, in fact, there is a shortcut for B&W Notes. I use Quickeys but I don't have Ctrl+Alt/N set. Is this reproducible on other computers?

In Firefox, Ctrl+Alt/N brings up both the B&W Notes window and login screen for Google notebook.

Hi Greg,

Yes, you are right. The reason we didn't mention this in the Bells & Whistles documentation is because this key combination can create some confusing situations (like it does in Firefox). However we are trying to find a way to insert a key combination (that does not have this problem) for the email notes.
