Easy Mail Merge is designed to work on any Microsoft Windows platform, running Microsoft Office Outlook 2000, 2002 or 2003.

To install and use Easy Mail Merge, please follow these steps:
1. download the setup file from our site;
2. make sure MS-Outlook is not running;
3. make sure you are installing the program through a Windows Admin account;
4. start & complete the installation wizard;
5. start MS-Outlook: you will notice a new toolbar called "Easy Mail Merge" installed on the main view of Outlook. To create a new mail merge session, click on the toolbar button, then select "Start Session";
6. a wizard interface will guide you through the process of selecting the contacts to which you will be sending the email. Once completed, the wizard will load a standard Outlook message editor window. You can type the message content and you can use the Easy Mail Merge editor toolbar for inserting variable text (using the drop-down toolbar list) or for creating logical conditions for variable text;
7. when you are done editing the message, you can preview it using the "Preview" button;
8. when you are ready to send the email, click on the "Send" button from the Easy Mail Merge toolbar. You can now choose send options, such as selecting delay periods between each email - such options are great for avoiding problems with your local ISP provider which are usually caused when the ISP notices you are sending a large amount of emails over a short period of time.

To send us any feedback about the product, please use the "Contact Service Support" button from the Easy Mail Merge toolbar of the main Outlook window.

To uninstall it, please use the Uninstall function from the Easy Mail Merge programs group (under the Windows Start->Programs menu).
