Post subject:  Creating "Easy Mail Merge for Outlook" Message Tem

When using Outlook's own mail merge feature, I first create an MS-Word file template with all the dynamic fields. I can then apply to this template different contact lists.
With "Easy Mail Merge for Outlook" I would like to do the same. I would like to create a message template and apply to it different recipients on different occasions.

Can this be done with "Easy Mail Merge for Outlook"?

Thanks.

Hi,

Using Easy Mail Merge, you firstly define your Contacts source, then you create the mail template and apply dynamic fields.

Thanks Bogdan. Perhaps I should rephrase my question.
Every time I use Easy Mail Merge I must re-create the email message using the Easy Mail Merge editor.

Lets assume I have a message (with dynamic fields) that must send ten time a day, but each time to different recipients.
With Easy Mail Merge I need to re-create the message every time. I would like to:
1. use a pre-defined message template.
OR
2. import text into the message editor.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Currently, the only solution is to copy the email message and paste it to a regular Outlook email, then save the email to an Outlook folder (like on Drafts). Then, when you will create a new session, copy the saved message from there and paste it into the mail merge message.

We are working on a new version of Easy Mail Merge which will allow you to reuse existing message templates.

Kind regards,
Bogdan
