Dear Sir / Madam,
My company is planning to use Easy Mail Merge for the circular email agent but I am facing an inconvenient matter. When I select receivers from a contact list, normally I have to select them based on their "Company Name". But the default setting is "Name","Address","Categories"....... and I cannot drag the "Company Name" to the front so that I cannot select receivers easily. I have to decrease the width of some columns so that I can see the "Company Name".
Any Suggestion about this matter? Would there be any upgrade to fix this in the sooner future?

Unfortunately this is how Outlook reads the data from your contacts. The columns are ordered as there are in your contacts.
However, you can use another method to easily select the contacts based on their "Company Name". Scroll with the horizontal scroll until you see the "Company Name" column. Press the header of the company name to group the list by company name and then hold the Ctrl key (from your keyboard) and select the companies you wish to send email to (you will notice that when you hold the Ctrl key you can make multiple selections of contacts). After you have selected all the companies that you wish to send email to please right click on one of the selected contacts and press "Select" from the menu that is displayed. You will have now check marked all the contacts that you selected.
We are thinking of introducing a feature, which will allow users to move the columns as they wish, into a future version of Easy Mail Merge.
