Hi, I downloaded easy mail merge for evaluation and would like to get a confirmation before purchasing and registration to be sure i can do what i need it for. I would like to know if i can insert a different subject (like a reference) in the subject field for each mail (like it is done for e-mail address) as all electronic filing is done from the subject line. Please advise at your earliest.

Yes you can insert customized subject fields. For example you have 20 contacts with email addresses and first names completed. Simply finish the wizard and then you can write (we recommend to use the "Insert" button to be sure you have errors in the script) in the subject: "Hi $FirstName$" and the subject will be customized for each recipient. You can use the "Preview" feature to see how the subject and body will appear for each contact.
