Post subject:  Error message when I send using a comma-delimited file

Good afternoon,

I am using the trial version to see if this will accomplish what I need. I have Outlook on a PC running XP. I installed your software, and built the email using a comma-delimited file for the data and when I attempted to send received the following error message. I also placed the data in a contact folder in Outlook and tried to use that as well to no avail.

failed to send message. Error code 0xF1704005.

Outlook does not recognize one or more names. failed to send message. Error code 0xFBC04005.

Outlook does not recognize one or more names.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

PH
