 Post subject: Failed to Insert Text

Just this week for the first time I started getting this message when trying to insert name fields into a mesage.
I use Outlook 2010 and have been using Easy Mail Merg without any problmes.
I suspect that I have inadvertedly changed a setting in Outlook.
Any idea what it may be?
The fault is as below:

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

In order to fix your issue, please go to Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> in the newly-opened window, right click MS Office 2010 -> choose the Change function (not the Uninstall one) -> choose the Repair option, then follow the steps displayed. If you are still receiving the error afterwards, then the only way to fix it is to reinstall Microsoft Outlook (this error was received by several of our customers, and is not our products’ fault – some files from Outlook get corrupted over time and that is why the reinstall works).

Thanks!!
I ran the Outlook repair option and it fixed it.
I am so happy as I had to send out an important mail merge this morning and was able to do it.
