Hello , DS Development Team

I recently bought your program (Easy mail Merge for Outlook - versin 2.0.220.0)
Use WIn XP sp 3. MS Office Outlook 2003 (11.8330.8329) SP 3
Try on admin account and on user account.

We have two troubles.

1) On first PC (my own) i installed trial version of Easy mail merge. Everything went smooth. I created test cvs-file with test names and e-mails. All information imported in Mail Session normally. Names were divided into different columns (E-mail and name) normally
Name,e-mail,se_x
Alexey Igorevich,test@shangri-la.by,m
nelly batyrovna,test2@shangri-la.by,f

cvs-file looked like text above

Then i bought license instaleld it via offline method ON ANOTHER CORPORATE PC and all troubles started
Easy mail merge did not split names and e-mails. Nothing happened. We tried to use our big list of customers (cvs.file), tried to use test cvs-file from previous testing procedure with trial version.
Tried to compose cvs file not in Excel, but in notepad. No chance

2) Somehow i decided to use fist PC. Installed back on it Easy mail merge - and succesfully the whole procedure of importing cvs-file started working. E-mails recognized as E-mail, Names - as names.
But in the end of session create i had to use option "Insert selected property". I choose "Name" but i get pop-up with error "You have to select a property first"

I dont know what to do. what should i provide for you to help solve problem?
I dont understand how to add xls-file to these topic. I can send it to anyone.

The problem is critical, becouse we already promised to our General manager , that all is good with this plugin according to trial version. And now we have such an annoying trouble.

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

It appears that your problems are related to Microsoft Word being your default email editor. You can change this setting (which was discarded in Outlook 2007 because it created many issues) by going to the Tools menu in the Outlook interface -> Options -> Mail Format -> uncheck „Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages”. Then, please restart Outlook and everything should be OK. You can also do a work-around to this by having Microsoft Word closed when in a new EMM session.
Otherwise, I can’t really say why EMM didn’t recognize CSV files on your corporate PC... do you have MS Excel installed on it?

We have also contacted you by email and are looking forward to your reply.
