If my CSV file contains numeric data with a decimal point, example 29.95, some of my emails under preview add extra digits to the right of my number. Example: 29.95 will be listed as 29.95999999999999

This doesn't happen everytime and I can't see a pattern as to what is causing it. When I view the data file with either Excel or Notepad, it looks fine. The file does contain both text and numeric data.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Please send an email to support with a sample of the CSV file in the XLS format (before to be converted to CSV) and a sample of the CSV file as it is when you have the extra digits problems.

It is possible to have a defined formula in XLS file and when you export the data as a CSV to add the extra digits.
