I am using Easy Mail Merge. When I go to send the e-mail, a box pops up that reads "Microsoft Office does not recognize EasyMailMerge" and has another box that tells me to select e-mail addresses. I have already uploded the addresses through a CSV file. The "To:" address line reads "EasyMailMerge - please do NOT manually add addresses to this session" How do I send this e-mail?

Please let me know how did you open the email you sent us in the print screen?
To create a mail merge session select from Easy Mail Merge toolbar "Start Session" and then create the email you wish to send.
