Post subject:  problems starting new session

I try to start a new session and get as far as the listing of contacts which I accept and then click on finish which should take me to the scropt editor but I get this error message:

“ Failed to start a new session “ The items were copied instead of moves because the original items could not be deleted. The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied.

can you help please? I have removed and reinstalled the software but its still the same. I have recently paid for a new licence upgrade.

Hi there,

Am a newbie to this product, and have just downloaded the trial version.

Am trying to do a test mail merge with around 7 contacts from a CSV file and am getting the same error.

Have tried on a couple machines (XP & Vista) both running Outlook 2007.

Hi,

We have deloped a new update which will resolve your problem.
Please select from Easy Mail Merge toolbar to Check for Updates.
After updating your version should be v2.0.134!
