Hi there
I am running outlook/lookout on a windows Terminals server 2003
Lookaout installed OK but when my users use lookout they get this error.

Can any one help me.

Hi Svavark,

We read the mail you have sent to support and we need to know exactly what program generates the error lookout or Easy Mail Merge?

Also please tell us the steps you have made until the error appeared.

I think I better start this again.

I am running windows 2003 terminal server and Office 2003
I have the program lookout on the same machine that indexes the mailbox for users so searching is quicker. That program is running fine now but I got a little confused in my earlyer posting.
Now I have a problem við Eay mail merge.

I installed Easy mail merge on the terminla server and the toolbar appeard in users outlook the next time they loged on.

then I can Start a session
Select Outlook distributin list
get a list of all the addresses that are in the distribution list
Selct all.
Click next
Get the completed windows of the wisard
click finish
and then I get að little msgbox
"Easy mail merge
Failed to save message. Error code 0XD8b70057
Operation failed"

I click OK
An untitled message pops up (with an empty "to" line)
and a msgbox "Faild to get Easy Mail merge toolbar. error code 0x80070057"
I get this message to times and then end up with the empty "untitled message"

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

This problem can occur be because users may not have the right to save the emails. Please check with an admin account on Windows 2003 server if users have the privilege to save emails.

Also please check if Easy Mail Merge doesn't generate this error when you use it directly from the machine you have installed it (Windows 2003 in this case).
