I would like to schedule a meeting and merge it to a list of emails.... how can i do this because essentially it is identical to sending an email, schedualing a meeting requires an address bar just like an email and it sends a message pretty much jus like an email..so please help and tell me if and how can i do this???

I am sorry but our software isn't able to do that. Sending an email with a meeting request is more complex. Our product imports a list of email addresses and then let you personalize the email by inserting fields into emails.
