I have this problem after one year of working flawlessly. I don't have any special programs installed and I am using Outlook 2003.

Any help available?

What is the exact error message that you receive? Also, if you receive an error, when do you receive it (when preparing the emails or when they are to be sent by Outlook)?

I don't get any error message (or at least I didn't seen them yet). Just it doesn't want to work.

So, I take it that the emails just stay in the Outbox folder and they are not being sent?

If so:
1. what happens if you click on Send/Receive: are the emails sent or still they are sitting in the Outbox?
2. are the Outbox emails marked with bold (as "Unread") or are they displayed with normal font (marked as "read")?
3. what happens if you erase all Outbox emails and then re-create the mail merge session and attempt to send them?

So it is:

I go to: send: SEND EMAILS: "now"
HOW EMAILS WILL BE SENT: "send 15 emails every 999 seconds.
Program created and put in outbox all 1025 mesages but somehow it sent just 150 email or so, and then stopped sending emails.

Answers to your questions:

1. They are in outbox
2. They are in normal font
3. We tried this several times to no success.

If the Outbox emails are NOT marked with bold (as you wrote), then they will never get emailed by Outlook. Normally, an Outbox email if marked with the regular font style (not bold) if you manually clicked on each Outbox message and previewed (or opened) it. This is just how Outlook works and this behaviour is not related to Easy Mail Merge.

The only solution is to erase the Outbox emails and create them again.

On the other hand, when schedulling the outgoing emails, please make sure that the specified time period is smaller or equal to the Outlook send/receive settings. So if you choose to send emails every 100 seconds, make sure that Outlook is also configured to automatically send/receive emails every 100 seconds or sooner.

Also, if you are using Outlook with Exchange, please make sure Outlook is always connected/online with the Exchange server.
