Earlier this year I purchased two Silent Mail for Outlook licenses. However I need to reinstall them because one of the two computers is being replaced with a new machine and the other machine only bcc’s emails intermittently. Sometimes it won’t copy any e-mails from one of the user accounts, for days. Can you please let me know if and how I can reinstall this program/license?

To reinstall the program, you need to download the evaluation version from our web site (check the Download link from the top/right of this window, then browse for SilentMail).

To reinstall your licenses, you need to have the purchase confirmation email which included your License Holder Name and Purchase Reference Number. Once you installed the evaluation version, start Outlook and you will be asked to try/buy/activate the software. Choose to activate, then to reinstall an existing license, then enter your License Holder Name and Purchase Reference Number.

If you can't find your license info, please email us at mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com and let us know the aprox date of purchase, the email address that was used on the ordering form or the full name from the license order.

Kind regards,
Bogdan

Hi, thanks for your reply. I will follow these steps.
Do you have any idea as to why SilentMail would only intermittently BCC from Outlook on login and not another, on the same machine? Thanks again.

SilentMail should BCC all outgoing emails, unless there is a potential conflict with a 3rd party add-in.
