Is there a way to prevent users from being able to access the configuration and disable the bcc? I have been using Alwaysbcc and the smarter ones just go in and disable it when they want to.

SilentMail doesn't allow a user to disable it: as a matter of fact, it is not even listed in the Addins list of Outlook and there is no Add/Remove entry on the control panel... so how can a user disable it?

You mentioned the alwaysBCC feature: that is a feature of Bells & Whistles for Outlook, which is a different program.

So please try SilentMail, too. You can download it from our site, using the top/right Download link of this page.
