Hello,

Me again. I was hoping for a reply to my last post. I've also now discovered another bug. My date stamp is set to dd/MM/yyyy. Yet when created, these are being printed as MM/DD/yyyy.

Please fix ASAP.

I'm starting to wish I hadn't upgraded. The old version worked fine.

Hi Dave,

We retested the date/time stamp feature and it seems to be working fine. Can you please repeat your test, too?

It still doesn't work. But if you send me the old version, that will solve my problem.

Dan,

I ran it and had all sorts of problems. I eventually re-installed the new version on top and am now back to where I started...

Is there no way this can be done on the phone or by email? This is taking a long time to resolve.

I am sorry, our server was down for a couple of days.

Please email us using the Contact Service Support function located under the Bells & Whistles toolbar. This way we can also gather other Outlook information that will help us solve the problem.
