I am currently evaluating version 2.5.37 and have some issues/observations regarding the INBOX column header "NOTES".
On the first trail only the INBOX view has been updated not on the folders.
On de-activating and reactivating using "options" tab "Alerts and Notes" it appears in the other folders but not in the main INBOX.

How can I add the "NOTES" column to the current header?

Go the the Inbox normal view, then right click over the columns header (where you can sort items up/down) and click on "Arrange by" then on "Custom...".

On the next window, click on the "Fields" button, then from the "Select available fields" list select "All Task Fields" then browse the opened list until you select the "Notes" entry. Then click on the middle "Add" button, then click "Ok" until you exit to the main Outlook view.

It should put the Notes column on the selected folder view.
