I am using B & W with Outlook 2003. Recently I receive the following error mesage whenever I start B 7 W:

Failed to get current Selection. Error code 0xD4920009. The explorer has been closed and cannot be used for further operations. Review your code and restart Outlook.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks for your help.

Dan

Did you install any new add-in for Outlook recently?

Also, when you start Outlook, what view does it load by default? For example, does Outlook load/display the Inbox content or the Outlook Today window?

Bogdan

No new add-ins, but I do use You Perform as well. Also, when Outlook starts, the Outlook Today screen is displayed.

What version of B&W are you using? You can see the full version number from under the About Us window that can be accessed through the B&W main toolbar.

We did encounter this problem/error on older B&W versions, when Outlook Today was displayed, but this problem was fixed on the newer B&W versions. I suggest you to download and reinstall B&W from our web site and see if it makes any difference.

Regards,
Bogdan
