Hello,

Thank you for the interest in our products.

Unfortunately, if you already installed v4 and didn’t have the templates defined in v3 at the moment, then it’s quite difficult to import those .bwo files.

If this is the case then please perform the following procedure:
1. save your settings/templates in B&W 4;
2. uninstall B&W 4;
3. go to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DS Development\BW (on Microsoft Windows Vista or 7) or C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Application Data\ DS Development\BW (on Microsoft Windows XP) and delete the file options.dat;
4. install v3 from http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/bw/BWSetup-3.0.178.exe;
5. import those .bwo files in B&W v3;
6. download the latest version of B&W 4 from http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/scripts/Download.ashx?prefix=bw&name=BW-4.0.258 and install it on your computer;
7. choose to import your settings and templates (from step 1).

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience, but there isn’t any other way to get your templates back.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have any other questions or suggestions regarding our products or need further assistance.
