While installing I get an error saying that it cannot register the BWAddin.dll. I have even tried to regsvr32 it.

Hi,

Please make sure that you are log on with an administrator account on your operating system and that Outlook is closed when you install Bells & Whistles.

Can you please tell us what version of Outlook and on what operation system do you use?

I had Outlook closed and I am not only the Network Administrator logged on as Administrator but I also made sure the Domain Administrator account was set up as the local Administrator on the machine. We create our own .dll's all the time and they register and unregister just fine. Do you have any other ideas?

Hi,

Please tell us, do you log on to the system where you try to install Bells & Whistles with a remote account or you log on directly from the system? Bells & Whistles has a piracy protection system that can deny installing and registering on remotely controlled computer. Please try to log on directly and see if it works.

I log on directly to the system, it is my PC with Windows XP Pro and Office 2003.
