Outlook Addins & Email Productivity

outlook 12.0.6514.5000 SP2
winXPpro

uninstalled reinstalled app
logged in as admin
options per outlook profile
firewall disabled
antivirus disabled

created simple rule

when: new,reply,forward
to: support@x.com
do: send from support@x.com

does not send at all

same results when sent to outlook inbox or outlook folder "support@x.com"

tried additional conditions none seem to work

still have outlook-bells3.0.175 will install next and retest

same results with 3.0.178.0

also changed email account and address

ok I should have checked this earlier
the culprit is again "Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin"
I have it enabled but within the "Trust Center" under "Add-ins"
it is listed under the "Inactive Application Add-ons" tab

tried disabling it and reenabling including reboots

but I cant get it to go active.

where in the registry can I manually activate "Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin"

I did reinstalled a new version from online and I think my settings are correct

"Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin" is still inactive that is because it is by default
installed only to be used on demand I tink.

I did have this working before just not used it in a long time.

I also disabled all com-addins as well

testing from built-in Administrator to user with admin rights same results

wanted to add that when i reply to email thru outlook it states on top
"This message will be sent via email@email.com"

unless I click on the "Account" tab and choose a different email account.

This manual process has been the way I have responded to emails so far.

I am getting the same results there is no respone from any features
that are enabled via send options including file attachement on reply etc
tested multiple emails

i do see the vba respond on demand

i am testing on a seperate pc with via trial version of BWO

leads me to believe there is something wrong with your addon

outlook is part of my office 2007 platform
can you provide me with an earlier build than 3.0.175 for testing

also 3.0.175 did not work in the above test

send function and attachment function did not work

In order to properly solve your problem, please let me know if you receive any error messages.
Also in the print screen you sent us, seems that you have not selected to attach a file.

no error message
and I started testing for attachment later in the testing procedure

i can not get anything to work within the send option page

date and time insertion works

i am currently testing with outlook office 2003 so we will see

I still like to get an earlier build from you to test or one that is tested and guaranteed to work
so I can mimic the installation process please provide testing specs if you decide to do so

Hi,

After you open a new message window, please select from Bells& Whistles toolbar to create a new template and then try to insert it in your messages.
Also please let me know how exactly did you create all your templates.

My issue has nothing to do with templates it took you a week to come up with this do you even look at the posts in the forum.

Located a version that works I can also arrange access to the testing pc

thanks andrew I tried it but it on outlook 2000,2003,2007
it did not work

however when accounts are setup as a one to one relationship
it will return email with the to:email address
in other words if the "X-Envelope-TO" has more than one email address it will reply with the second address

we use many to one relationship meaning that
"support@a1.com;support@b1.com;support@c1.com" all being forwarded to the same email address

in any case we can not duplicate a working scheme

my next step is to provide you with access to a test pc
I prefer a winXPpro platform with all updates installed and
office 2007 with all updates installed since this is our current setup
i will email access information that is if you could take a look
