Getting error messages in Outlook 2007 in particular when moving email messages into different files or trash. Causes Outlook 2007 to crash out. No error code is returned, just message that Outlook has encountered a serious error and needs to close. This is happening on multiple machines. Please advise what might be causing this error and what I can do about it.

The earlier error message is usually followed by this:

“Outlook has experienced a serious problem with Bells and Whistles add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times you should disable the add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable “yes” (highlighted) “no”.

More information.

I can cause this error at will by selecting all the messages in the junk email folder and trying to drag them with the mouse over to the trash. I have tried this on three machines running Outlook 2007 all with the same result. This is truly a deal breaker and needs to be addressed ASAP.

We purchased 11 licenses and really don't want to have to reverse this order.

Best, James Scherber

My order reference number is 1420011. Total 11 licenses. Please refund this order. If I haven't heard from you within 24 hours with refund information or a solution to the above issues I will request our accountant to reverse the credit card charges immediately.

I'm sorry you have chosen to ignore these requests for help.

Best wishes, James Scherber
