The word "attachments" appears in a privacy warning we include below the signature of all emails. Unfortunately this leaves me with the choice of not using email attachment warnings at all (deactivate) or getting a warning every time an email goes out which is useless since you eventually come to ignore it. The only solution I can think of is intentionally misspelling the word attachments in my privacy warning which I'm not sure is legally a good idea.

Any other suggestions for this dilema?

Hi,

We are sorry for this inconvenience. There is nothing you can do about this. Bells&Whistles scans the whole message looking for the words that you have inserted.

Kind regards.

Andra, I have a suggestion: Include the ability for customers to add exclusion phrases. For example, with this feature a customer could add "Legal notice: This email and any attachments" to an exclusion list and Bells and Whistles will no longer falsely flag the word "attachments" when it appears in the defined phrase. An exclusion list should be a simple enhancement for a developer to add.

An added benefit will be no longer having to appologize to potential customers for a basic and unecessary flaw.
