I am currently evaluating B&W and have found it to be extremely useful.

I really like the "insert template text" option, but I would like to be able to insert pre-formatted text into a Rich Text formatted email.

I don't want all the text to be the same color or style...

Is this possible?

You can do that with B&W. You can define text templates and you can use text formatting properties to set the font type, size, color, etc. Then you can insert such templates into your emails.

I've made several attempts at this, but to no avail...

1. Created text template with custom font properties.
2. Created new message (in Rich Text format)
3. Inserted custom template

Result: Plain text

1. Created text template with custom font properties.
2. Created new message (in HTML)

Result: Custom formatted email

I considered simply converting the HTML to Rich Text, but this isn't possible. You can only convert from HTML to Plain Text... and then from Plain Text to Rich Text.

If you can describe the proper steps to make this work, that would be greatly appreciated.

Still interested in purchasing B&W, but still have not been able to get the formatting to work with Rich Text documents. As I mentioned in my previous email, if you could possibly outline the exact steps necessary to make this possible, that would be greatly appreciated...

because I've made several attempts, and still haven't been able to get B&W to insert pre-formatted text into a Rich Text email with formatting intact.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

I understand what do you mean with it. Unfortunately, there is no work-around at this moment.

We are sorry for this inconvenience and we want to inform you that this is a priority for the new version of Bells & Whistles which will probably be released over the next couple of weeks.
