Hi all -

I have B&W set to reply in HTML, with my text font set to standard
Courier New. I set Outlook e-mail option to prefix each line of original
message, so as expected the vertical bar is in message when I do
a forwarding or replying-to of a message.

What puzzles me is why the replied to or forwarded text is changed
to font Tahoma for subject header text and user used font for
body text. Is there any way to force these to my choice (Courier New)?

Thanks for your guidance,
David

Hi David,

When replying/forwarding as HTML, Bells & Whistles configures Outlook to use the text style (font type, size, etc) of the original email.

About the Tahoma subject header, that is not due to Bells & Whistles: that is just how Outlook "writes" the forwarded/replied subject header text. Even if you disable Bells & Whistles, Outlook will keep applying the Tahoma style to the subject header.

However, we are considering to implement your suggestions in the next version of Bells & Whistles.

Regards
Bogdan

Thanks Bogdan -

For now, I select all text within the forwarded text area and change
font to courier new manually. Your implementation of font change
selection would be greatly appreciated.

thanks again for the reply,
