Unfortunately, that is the only solution (manually adding a space or hitting Enter after the link). This happens because the text template is inserted as a paste command from the clipboard: if you paste a hyperlink into an Outlook email, you will notice it doesn't convert itself to an URL, unless you manually type a space or a page break (Enter).

I was very disappointed in this part of the program. The template editor is a text editor but could be more powerful. Emails are no more than simple HTML files. Other editors allow copy and past of these links. Example if you type a message in Word and have underlined links in it and then copy and past into an email message you will see those underlined links in your email. If you use Word as your email editor you have the power of auto text which provides links when it copies text into your email.

Please consider making the template editor more powerful even if it would mean that we would need to add special characters for links to show up properly in our emails.

Most emails to our customers are FAQs that provide links to our site for more details on their request. Hitting enter after each link is slow and it is almost faster finding a previous email and cutting and pasting it in manually. Auto text with Word being the email editor is very much faster.

This is a fixable issue and would provide the program the power the program truly has to offer.

Thanks, Andrew
