How can I set B&W to insert my recipients name, but without a salutation (e.g. "Mark-" instead of "Hi Mark-" ?

You can specify a blank character instead of the saluation text. So replace "hi" with no text.

OK. Understood. I had blanked out the field and it did not take. I added a "space" and it worked. I'd encourage you to add this option to the "Help" screen.

The rpoblem with adding a "space" is that is moves the name of the recipient over a space. is there some other way to accomplish this without wrecking the formatting?

Is there a wild card character or some other solution to the spacing issue? No one has replied in the last week.

Hi,

I checked it with our programming team, but unfortunately we don't have a solution for the moment. However, we will implement the desired feature on the next program update.

Regards,
Bogdan
