I want to know at a time using mail merger how many emails can be sent at a time , i mean how many contacts can be added at a time

There is no limit from our software for how many contacts you can use in one session in the registered version (the trial version is limited to 10 contacts). You can add how many contacts you wish when you create a mail merge with Easy Mail Merge. The only limit you have is your hardware configuration. You can't send a huge amount of emails in one single session if you don't have enough resources for the Easy Mail Merge to generate all the emails. The best way to see how many emails you can send per one session is to do yourself some tests on your system.

Also please remember to use schedule time when you send a large amounts of emails, otherwise it is possible to be restricted by your ISP for spamming.
