I am currently evaluating Bells & Whistles which looks good. However, the one feature that I would very much like like relates to attachments:

1. When composing an email and inserting one or more attachments, I would like the name of each attached file delimited by "<<" and ">>" to be automatically inserted into the top of the message body.

2. For tracking purposes, it would also be useful that when reading an email received with attachments that there would also be a way of inserting the names of the attached files into the top of the message body.
