I have outlook office 2007, when I receive an email and reply, the old sent or replyed to text and my new message text are so small I can't reed it. I can enlarge the text with the text box but then when I reply or forward the next time or the next email it is in micro text mode again? It was working ok up to just a week ago but something happend. When I reply to a email or forward one, the text size changes. How can I reset this so my text doesn't change in size from the original size to very small?
Thanks
Rodger

Hi,

Please check your settings in Outlook->tools/options/mail format/stationery and fonts and make the correct changes.

Thank You Andrew, that was a easy fix! Can I ask you a couple more questions? I see while in there that the defalt button was whited out, if I wanted to just set it back at defalt how would I do that? Also while in there I seen the effects box's, they were all blue on mine, there were three choices, blue, white or checked. I made mine all white. Why are there three choices and what do these box's do? I know these are dumn questions but not for a guy that rebuilds old slot machines and not computers. Thank You, so much for your help as this was driveing me crazy and that is a very short trip!

Hello,

You'll have to be a little clearer, since I can't find any "Default" button in that menu. Also, provide a screenshot of the effects box so I can get back to you with a better explanation.
Please feel free to contact me for any other problems or questions regarding Outlook or any of our products.
