Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem. I am trying to send some marketing mails (like email ad campaign).
My mail sender account is authenticated. The mail that i am sending using my custom email sender software are getting spammed, but if i send the same email from outlook it goes to inbox.

The account settings (such as domain, sender etc) in outlook and the custom software are identical and the email content and subject are also same. But when it is sent via outlook it works like a charm, but fails with the custom email sending software. :(

Thanx for any kind of help,

Regards,
Shail2k4

Hello shail2k4,

What "custom email sending software" are you using? Normally, an email receives a Spam flag when sent from a dubious address or if it contains hidden code... since your normal emails aren't blocked, the software you are using may be inserting a particular bit of code inside the emails, triggering the Spam alert. Most likely, you opted to be notified when someone receives/opens the email, right?

In the meantime, you can take a look at Easy Mail Merge, our mass mail add-in for Outlook - since it sends emails just like you would, it will never be blocked by any Spam filter. It also has a trial version, so you can make sure it works for your situation.

We are looking forward to your reply!
