I'm getting an error, "Socket is not connected (10057)" when trying to send a message from Eudora 6.2.
If I Exit out of Email Sentinel Pro, the messages send fine. I can send using Outlook Express while Email Sentinel Pro is running, but not Eudora. I have set up my "Email Program" through Internet Explorer as Eudora while testing Eudora and as Outlook Express when testing Outlook Express. I couldn't find a solution on your FAQ page... I did see the 3 solutions, but they didn't help.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Is your mail account using a secure (SSL) connection for sending emails? Can you please let me know the outgoing mail server port used for the Eudora test?

Thanks,
Bogdan
