In order to update any of our products to their latest release (or to upgrade from a previous major version), you need to follow these steps:
- download the latest version from our site: go to http://www.outlook-apps.com/addins/ , click on the desired product and go to its download link;
- make sure Outlook is NOT running;
- run the setup file of the newly downloaded file;
- answer "yes" when asked if you wish to update / upgrade the product.
Your product settings / data and license registration will not be lost during the update.
To stay up to date with your product, we recommend you to use the automatic updates feature that is available with all our products. You can find / enable it from the Check for Updates button located on the main toolbar of our products.
If you are upgrading from an earlier major version (like from v2 to v3) and your license is out of its free-upgrades period, you will be prompted with a license upgrade price. If you don't want to pay for the upgrade, you can always go back to the initial version by uninstalling the product and reinstalling the older version.
You can download the setups of older major versions from this link: http://www.outlook-apps.com/download/older-versions/
For any product issues, you can always use these forums or you can reach us at email@example.com.
