In order to save time and properly address your technical support issue on this forum, PLEASE make sure your message includes all product related information that can help us identify the problem, such as: product full version number, Windows version, Office/Outlook full version number, the exact error message that you receive (if any), your Windows account type (restricted user, admin, remote user account, etc), other Outlook add-ins that may interoperate with our products.
Also, it would help to know the potential solutions that you may already tried, so we don't waste your time suggesting the same ones...
