The program “Follow Up for Outlook” works 100% at our Windows XP running PC but with at my personal LAPTOP SONY VPCZ1 it does not run!
All our programs are original with their unique and original Serial number all our PC have the latest softwares legally purchased full with their services and updates running to the date (Today) and even this I can make it work at my personal Laptop which is runing with Windows 7 – (All with the latest Patches & Updates) & Office Professional 2003

Please send me your comments since I have benn spendin some many ours to find out the problem or reazon for this program not to work! It does get instolled and even by following every step it does not work when on the other hand on our XP PC it works OK!

Regarding your problem, it can have two answers:
1. Outlook may have disabled Auto Follow-Up (it sometimes does that). If so, then please follow these steps: go to your Outlook Help menu -> About Microsoft Office Outlook -> Disabled Items. See if Auto Follow-Up is listed there. If it is, select it, then click on the Enable button and afterwards restart Outlook and everything should work OK.

2. If you’re running Windows 7 64-bit (as I saw that some stores are shipping your model with the 64-bit platform installed), then your issue may be caused by Office 2003. Please uninstall Auto Follow-Up, then download Office 2003 Service Pack 3 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=E25B7049-3E13-433B-B9D2-5E3C1132F206&displaylang=en and install it, then reinstall Auto Follow-Up and try again.
