Hi
I have sent an e-mail to the correct e-mail address regarding this issue. I have still not recieved a reply.

I have not recieved an activation code to use the sofwear. I believe i need a licence number?

Please can you advise as I have paid for a service that I am unable to use.

Hi Trevor,

If you didn't receive a confirmation email from Softwrap with the registration details that you need to register the software (the details you need to register the software are: License Holder Name and Purchase Reference Number) then please send an email to mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com. Also please make sure to mention the email address you used in the purchase process and the date of purchase.

If you already send an email to support, a reply will be send (if it wasn't already) as soon as possible.

I have this morning purchased Easy Mail Merge for Outlook, but when I go to activate it using the purcase Ref, I get a message back saying that it is not a valid code. Not sure why as I copied and pasted from the email that I was sent. Have emailed support but no response yet, and no email acknowledge ment of my email sent either.

I am half way through sending my email mailshot, so for me this is an urgent issue. How do I know if anything has been received and if anyone is going to help me. I have tried to call the UK number listed but a telephone message says that it has been changed and refers me to the softwrap website where I cannot find any numbers.

Is anyone there?

I have found the answer to my problem on the following path.

The instructions given really are not very clear to the user.

Also where can I print my invoice off from. I will need to put something through our company accounts for the purchase of this.

Please send an email to mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com and mention in the email the email address you used in the registration process and the reason you emailed (invoice request).

I am in the same boat. Bought email address manager, did not get a receipt or registration email. I have already emailed you guys at support and info with no reply. Also contacted softwrap with no reply.

I would like to use this software please.

Hi,

Most likely, you mistyped your email address on the ordering form or an email anti-spam system prevented the registration email from reaching your mailbox. Please email us with you date of purchase and full name, so we can track your order.
