Powerful Outlook Add-ins

I'm trying to re-install Outlook Bells & Whistles to a new machine and I'm getting the following errors after installation when I open outlook;

Softwrap file error 3
Error: Inconsistent files

I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the software multiple times. Could you let me know what I need to do.

Hi Scott,

The error is related to the license protection engine - it fails checking the Bells & Whistles files integrity. I take it that you receive the error when starting Outlook/Bells & Whistles, not when installing it, correct?

If so, if you are using hard disk encryption solutions, memory management/debugging tools or file monitoring programs on your new machine, please disable it/them while starting Bells & Whistles.

Also, can you re-download the setup and try again?

On one of our VS I have an error_file setup under
Connection Management > Connection Error Settings > error_file

Does anyone know if there is a way to either get notified or track how many times this file is being used by the VS..
