 Post subject: Error 12029

:( I have just spent the last hour buying, downloading, and trying to activate auto reply. Nothing has been more frustrating; I begin to think this is a fraud. Links don't work; the phone number says may be out of service or disconnected. It is not my computer.

Now I cannot activate using the license code provided me. I continue to get error 12029.

I need to get this up so I can go on vacation!

Thanks for any immediate assistance! I've emailed support; the phone doesn't work. Hear my frustration??
