Question concerning keywords:

If I enter more than one keyword, is it just going to match if one word is picked up? I am looking for a way to enter several words and i want the rule to work upon all of the words matching. ie: "instant payment required", right now all I have in the keywords box is "payments".

Is there a way to include the whole phrase as the trigger? Also is there a way to build in excluded keywords like -"free" etc...?

Hi,

If you type multiple words as part of your keywords text, the filter will trigger only when all words are found. So if your keywords filter is "instant payment required", the auto-reply will trigger only if all those words are found and NOT if it finds only "instant" or only "payment required".

Regards,
Bogdan
